Position Overview
The company is seeking an Amazon Marketing Led to drive growth for top-tier Korean brands in the U.S. Amazon marketplace. This role will be responsible for owning and managing end-to-end Amazon advertising strategies, ensuring operational excellence across campaigns, and acting as a strategic partner to clients. The position also includes mentoring junior team members and contributing to the scaling of internal processes and best practices.
Key Competencies:
Main Responsibilities
1. Amazon Advertising Strategy & Execution
· Own and manage end-to-end Amazon Sponsored Ads strategies, including media planning, targeting, budgeting, bid strategy, and optimization
· Manage and optimize a large volume of campaigns while balancing short-term performance and long-term account health
· Develop and execute structured testing roadmaps based on data and performance insights
2. Performance Analysis & Growth Optimization
· Proactively identify growth opportunities using campaign data, market trends, and internal learnings
· Analyze performance results and translate insights into actionable recommendations
· Utilize performance data to improve advertising efficiency and scalability
3. Team Leadership & Process Improvement
· Mentor junior specialists by reviewing work, guiding campaign execution, and providing constructive feedback
· Help establish team workflows, internal playbooks, and QA processes to improve efficiency and capacity planning
4. Client & Cross-Functional Collaboration
· Serve as a strategic point of contact for clients, presenting campaign results with clear insights and recommendations
· Align with internal teams and clients to ensure projects stay on track and deliverables meet expectations
· Participate in the review and QA of visual assets, suggesting improvements based on performance insights and best practices
5. Storefront & Asset Development Support
· Create wireframes for Amazon Storefronts and support product detail page enhancements
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure assets are aligned with performance objectives
An Ideal Candidate:
Required Qualifications
· 2–4+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon accounts (Seller Central or Vendor Central)
· Strong expertise in Amazon PPC and performance-driven advertising
· Proven analytical and strategic thinking skills with hands-on optimization experience
· Excellent time management, organization, and prioritization skills
· Strong client communication skills with the ability to explain both the “what” and the “why”
· Full professional proficiency in both Korean and English
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members
· Agency or startup environment experience
· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting
· Strong ownership mindset and proactive, hands-on working style
· Alignment with a performance-driven, collaborative agency culture
