Key Competencies:
· Business Partnering with the local GM and regional Finance leadership (Dubai), HQ Finance Leader (USA), Data Manager (Dubai) to drive business goals and financial performance.
· Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Lead monthly reporting, forecasting, and the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
· Project Financial Control: Oversee POC (Percentage-of-Completion) accounting, analyzing Revenue/Margin progression and variances versus original budgets.
· Working Capital Management: Optimize cash flow by tracking and driving improvements in A/R past dues, Inventory, and BIE/CIE (Billed/Cost in Excess) balances.
· Process Improvement: Proactively identify and implement cost-effective solutions and continuous improvements in business and financial processes.
· Data-Driven Insight: Utilize ERP systems (Epicor/D365) to synthesize complex financial data into digestible KPIs and presentations for senior management.
An Ideal Candidate:
· 10+ years of experience in multi-national companies with POC accounting operating environment, manufacturing or project management environment
· understanding of USGAAP
· Strong financial modeling skills, along with an understanding of financial reporting and cash flow evaluation.
· Fluent English
