Key Competencies:
· Global Funding Network: Develop and expand networks with global banks, investment institutions, and capital markets to secure large-scale financing and establish diverse funding sources.
· Capital & Risk Optimization: Monitor and analyze foreign exchange (FX) and cross-border funding environments to continuously optimize the company’s capital structure and enhance overall risk management.
· Strategic Investment Execution: Design and execute sophisticated investment strategies that effectively connect secured funds with overseas manufacturing sites, retail expansion, and high-priority strategic projects.
· Compliance & Governance: Ensure comprehensive compliance with international financial regulations, cross-border tax and legal frameworks, and internal risk management standards.
· Executive Leadership: Provide executive-level Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), critical capital allocation advice, and treasury leadership to support and guide global business growth initiatives.
· Ethical Partnership: Build trust and maintain the highest ethical standards in all financial transactions, partnerships, and stakeholder interactions.
An Ideal Candidate:
· Senior Experience: Proven track record in international finance, investment banking, or corporate treasury at a senior level (Director, VP, or equivalent).
· Expertise: Deep expertise in FP&A, global capital markets, and foreign exchange (FX) operations, including hedging and exposure management.
· Established Network: Established, verifiable relationships with key banks, financial institutions, and investment funds across multiple regions (Asia, EU, Americas).
· Regulatory Acumen: Strong, practical understanding of international financing regulations, compliance requirements, and cross-border risk management best practices.
· Deal Structuring: Extensive experience in structuring and leading complex funding deals and capital raising initiatives for multinational business expansion.
· Core Skills: Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and high-level communication skills.
· Location Requirement: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Singapore
