An Ideal Candidate:
An Ideal candidate should have a 20–25 years of leadership and management experience in the EV segment, specifically in Sales and Business Development, with the ability to handle the domestic market.
Key Competencies:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business unit revenue and profitability targets for the EV product line in 2W, 3W & 4W.
- Team Management: Build, Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, setting clear objectives, KPIs, and driving performance.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new market opportunities, customer segments, and geographic expansions to increase market share.
- Key Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and channel partners to ensure long-term business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior management, analyzing sales data to identify trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
