Achieve Monthly Sales Targets: Focus on achieving 100% of store sales goals. 2. Customer Relationship Management: Build and sustain relationships with customers and key accounts. Address customer inquiries and ensure timely complaint resolution to maintain a high Net Promoter Score (NPS). 3. Cross-Functional Coordination: Work collaboratively with internal teams for smooth follow-ups and customer service excellence. 4. Sales Hygiene: Ensure adherence to sales processes, policies, and guidelines. 5. Customer Service Excellence: Maintain a balance between delivering superior customer service and effective cost management. 6. Operational Compliance: Follow operational guidelines and processes as per the training provided. _____ Qualifications and Skills: Essentials: Bachelors Degree (any stream). 1-2 years of experience in the travel industry with expertise in selling long-haul holiday packages (domestic and international). Proven track record of selling group departures and FIT packages to destinations like Europe, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, USA, CIS, Japan, etc. Computer literacy with proficiency in using relevant tools and applications. Fluency in English and local vernacular (where applicable). Customer-centric approach with excellent sales and interpersonal skills. Preferred: Postgraduate or Diploma in Management (3-4 years of experience for management graduates). Strong numerical aptitude and analytical skills. Ability to present, persuade, and communicate effectively. ______ Key Attributes: Goal-oriented and target-driven. Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
