About Company:

Our client is a global provider of back-office support services to a myriad of financial service organizations. Its clients are representative of various components of the financial servicing industry including but not limited to mortgage originations, mortgage servicing, credit card servicing, auto lending, student lending, consumer loans, bankruptcy, REO, etc. 

An Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate is an experienced Team Leader with 2+ years of people-management experience, capable of handling a US-based mortgage process in a night-shift, work-from-office environment. They possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

They should demonstrate solid expertise in at least one mortgage domain—Origination, Underwriting, Closing, Post-Closing, Servicing, Foreclosure, Bankruptcy, or Default Management—along with a strong grasp of US mortgage regulations, compliance standards, and investor guidelines.

Key Competencies:

Ø Lead and manage a team handling end-to-end US mortgage operations across multiple lines of business.

Ø Ensure adherence to SLAs, compliance standards, and quality benchmarks.

Ø Oversee daily workflow, resource allocation, and productivity to meet business goals.

Ø Conduct performance reviews, coaching, and training to strengthen team capability.

Ø Identify and drive process improvements, automation, and best practices.

Ø Serve as the primary escalation point for client issues and operational challenges.

Ø Collaborate with Quality, Compliance, Training, and Client Relationship teams for smooth operations.

Ø Prepare and present dashboards, MIS reports, and performance metrics to leadership and clients.

Ø Build and maintain a positive, professional, and goal-oriented team culture.
