An Ideal Candidate:

Key Skills & Requirements

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) – mandatory
  • Minimum 3 + years of experience in a family office environment
  • Proven experience working closely with promoter families
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Financial statements and cash-flow analysis
    • Taxation, audits, and compliance
    • Investment analysis across equity and debt instruments
  • Ability to communicate confidently with:
    • Fund managers
    • Promoters and senior business leaders
    • External advisors and auditors
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and ownership mindset
  • Prior exposure to NBFCs, private credit, or financial services is a strong plus

Key Competencies:

Family Office & Investment Support

  • Oversee accounting, tax planning, compliance, and financial reporting for the family office
  • Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and legal counsels
  • Support investment evaluation across equity, debt, and private credit opportunities
  • Engage and maintain relationships with fund managers, promoters, bankers, and intermediaries

NBFC & Private Credit Setup

  • Assist in structuring and operationalising the proposed NBFC platform
  • Support regulatory, compliance, and financial reporting requirements
  • Work closely with senior management on governance and risk frameworks
