An Ideal Candidate:
Key Skills & Requirements
- Chartered Accountant (CA) – mandatory
- Minimum 3 + years of experience in a family office environment
- Proven experience working closely with promoter families
- Strong understanding of:
- Financial statements and cash-flow analysis
- Taxation, audits, and compliance
- Investment analysis across equity and debt instruments
- Ability to communicate confidently with:
- Fund managers
- Promoters and senior business leaders
- External advisors and auditors
- High level of discretion, integrity, and ownership mindset
- Prior exposure to NBFCs, private credit, or financial services is a strong plus
Key Competencies:
Family Office & Investment Support
- Oversee accounting, tax planning, compliance, and financial reporting for the family office
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and legal counsels
- Support investment evaluation across equity, debt, and private credit opportunities
- Engage and maintain relationships with fund managers, promoters, bankers, and intermediaries
NBFC & Private Credit Setup
- Assist in structuring and operationalising the proposed NBFC platform
- Support regulatory, compliance, and financial reporting requirements
- Work closely with senior management on governance and risk frameworks
