Senior Social Media Manager to act as the strategic architect of our digital community. Beyond mere posting, you will define how our 35-year legacy of luxury gemstones and bespoke jewelry translates into a modern, engaged online movement. You will own the social roadmap, manage significant budget allocations, and bridge the gap between creative storytelling and measurable business revenue.
Key Competencies:
1. Brand Architecture & Campaign Strategy
● Strategic Vision: Design and implement multi-channel social media strategies that challenge the status quo in the jewelry industry.
● Brand Consistency: Serve as the custodian of brand voice, ensuring every communication reflects GemsNY’s luxury positioning and heritage.
● Ad Spend & Resource Allocation: Strategically plan and allocate the social media budget across organic and paid channels (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube) to ensure maximum market penetration.
● ROAS-Driven Performance: Design and manage social advertisement campaigns with a primary focus on driving sales, revenue, and high Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
● Full-Funnel Integration: Develop original concepts for organic and paid campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube to drive both awareness and sales.
● Competitive Intelligence: Conduct high-level research and competitor monitoring to identify market gaps and white-space opportunities.
2. Content Engineering & Creative Leadership
● Narrative Development: Adapt complex creative briefs into persuasive communication ideas and clear, concise copy.
● Video & Script Strategy: Lead the creation of video scripts and high-impact concepts designed for maximum engagement and viral potential.
● Creative Direction: Understand and implement different language styles to appeal to diverse global luxury markets.
● Review Excellence: Establish a rigorous self-editing and content review process to ensure high-quality output with minimal rework.
● Engagement Rate Optimization: Drive original concepts and execution activities (tweeting, sharing, engaging) designed specifically to increase social reach and deepen audience engagement.
3. Performance Intelligence & Data Analytics
● Insight-Driven Strategy: Analyze interaction data and customer visits to create comprehensive reports that pivot and improve future marketing strategies.
● KPI Ownership: Define and track critical social media KPIs and web traffic metrics, reporting progress directly to senior marketing management.
