An Ideal Candidate:

Experience: 4+ years in backend development using Node.js.

Databases: Strong proficiency in MySQL and MongoDB.

Domain Expertise: Hands-on experience in quick commerce, logistics, or real-time systems.

Architecture: Familiarity with microservices, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).

Key Competencies:

Backend Development: Architect, build, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js with a focus on performance and reliability.

Database Expertise: Design and optimize MySQL and MongoDB databases to ensure high availability and data integrity.

Real-Time Systems: Implement and maintain real-time communication features using WebSockets or MQTT for seamless user experience.

Quick Commerce Solutions: Develop backend modules for inventory, order management, and delivery tracking tailored for fast-paced commerce platforms.
