An Ideal Candidate:

The candidate is required to possess experience in BESS/BMS Embedded development within the Automotive/Automobile sector

Key Competencies:

• Lead supplier audits and qualify new suppliers.
• Ensure APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, MSA, SPC compliance.
• Define quality standards for cells, modules, and packs.
• Validate supplier changes and testing.
• Drive improvements in cycle life, safety, thermal performance, and BMS accuracy.
• Lead 8D/RCA/CAPA for supplier issues; reduce PPM and field failures.
• Work closely with R&D, Purchase, Production, Testing teams.
• Support new sourcing and evaluation of new battery technologies.
