We are hiring for sales associates of knowledge CASA acquisition (Current & Savings Accounts)

Cross-selling banking products, Swipe machine sales

Customer relationship management

Field sales & lead generation

Key Competencies:

• Handle payment transactions including UPI, net banking, and card payments
• Manage transactions through platforms payment systems
• Monitor payment statuses and resolve transaction failures or discrepancies
• Coordinate with merchants, clients, and internal teams for payment-related queries
• Ensure compliance with banking and regulatory guidelines
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on payment activities and reconciliations
• Support onboarding of new merchants
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and documentation
