An Ideal Candidate:

- Bachelor of Human Resources or equivalent
- With minimum 2 years of working experience in Talent Acquisition
- Understanding of end-to-end Talent Acquisition process
- Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in scheduling, documentation, and compliance.
- Organizational Skills: Managing multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication with candidates, Hiring Managers, and team members.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Addressing and resolving issues that arise during the recruitment process.
- Customer Service Orientation: Providing a positive experience for candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Expertise on handling multiple vendors

Key Competencies:
Job Description
- Partner with Sourcers / Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and hiring urgency (e.g. which roles need immediate sourcing focus and which can be pipelined), link hiring needs with hiring targets
- Stay informed on recruitment best practices, candidate experience trends, and scheduling tools to support continuous improvement.
- Execute talent acquisition processes effectively, including interview scheduling & logistics, job offer extensions, pre-employment, onboarding processes before Day 1, reporting, candidate communications and data collection
- Coordinate the talent acquisition process over daily interactions with multiple vendors and other parties to ensure an effective and efficient delivery of services
- Coordinate right to work assessments for candidates where applicable (e.g. PhD sponsorship)
- Coordinate internal verifications and endorsements for Medical Assessments, Background checks, and pre-offer verifications (Directorship, Government official conflict of interest, PwC)
- Execution of related 3rd party payments
- Collect data in preparation for monthly KPIs / metrics
- Proactively develop and share insights from monthly data
- Identify process bottlenecks and supports remediation of service breaks
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement of Talent Acquisition through identification & execution of high-impact, prioritized initiatives
