An Ideal Candidate:

The candidate is required to possess experience in BESS/BMS Embedded development within the Automotive/Automobile sector

Key Competencies:

Program Management & Execution

  • Lead end‑to‑end NPI programs from concept through production launch.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Track program milestones and ensure adherence to schedule, cost, and quality targets.
  • Identify risks proactively and drive mitigation and contingency plans.

Cross‑functional Coordination

  • Act as the single point of contact between Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Procurement teams.
  • Drive alignment across stakeholders to enable timely decision‑making and issue resolution.
  • Facilitate regular program reviews, risk reviews, and status updates to leadership.

Product Launch & Plant Readiness

  • Coordinate with Manufacturing Engineering (ME) to ensure readiness including line trials, capacity validation, and process validation.
  • Work with plant teams to ensure infrastructure, tooling, fixtures, and manpower readiness.
  • Drive closure of pre‑launch deliverables such as DFM/DFA, PFMEA, Control Plan, and Work Instructions.
  • Monitor PPAP elements and ensure readiness, submission, and approval.

Quality & Process Compliance

  • Ensure strict adherence to APQP processes, guidelines, and organizational standards.
  • Support creation and implementation of Quality Plans, check sheets, and control documents.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives during pre‑launch and post‑launch phases.

Supplier & Material Readiness

  • Coordinate with Purchasing to track supplier readiness, tooling status, and material availability.
  • Ensure timely delivery of parts for trials, builds, and production.
  • Follow up with suppliers on open actions, PPAP documentation, and capability validation.
