We are looking for a Product Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives that elevate product value, strengthen platform integration, and drive customer adoption and satisfaction.
Key Competencies:
Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Define and manage product vision, goals, and success metrics in alignment with customer needs and Explorance’s strategic direction.
- Own and prioritize product roadmaps, balancing long-term vision with near-term execution.
- Lead product lifecycle activities from discovery through delivery, ensuring high-quality releases that meet market requirements.
Customer Collaboration & Engagement
- Collaborate directly with customers to understand their goals, challenges, and evolving feedback needs.
- Facilitate early access and pilot programs, gathering insights to validate direction and de-risk releases.
- Translate customer conversations, usage data, and support feedback into actionable product decisions.
- Drive product usage and engagement by simplifying workflows and creating value-driven experiences.
Integrations & Interoperability
- Own integration strategy across third-party platforms including Learning Management Systems (e.g., Canvas, Brightspace), communication tools (e.g., Slack, Teams, Zoom), and enterprise systems (e.g., HRIS, CRM, analytics).
- Define and evolve API capabilities, and support secure, scalable identity management via SSO, SAML, and OIDC protocols.
- Partner with engineering to support packaging and deployment readiness across SaaS environments, ensuring consistency and licensing alignment.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, QA, and Release teams to scope, build, test, and launch features.
- Work with Customer Success, Professional Services, and Support to ensure product readiness and knowledge transfer.
Communicate roadmap, release timelines, and product changes clearly across internal and external stakeholders.
