An Ideal Candidate:

The candidate should be as procurement professional to manage end-to-end sourcing, negotiation, and procurement for non-IT categories in large-scale datacenter projects. Candidate will be responsible for ensuring cost-effective purchasing, timely delivery, and vendor compliance while supporting multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Competencies:

1. Drive procurement for non-IT categories: civil works, MEP systems, HVAC, electrical equipment, building materials, facility services, etc.
2. Develop sourcing strategies and maintain a strong vendor base.
3. Float RFQs/RFPs, evaluate bids, and finalize purchase orders/contracts.
4. Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to ensure value for money.
5. Ensure procurement activities align with project timelines and budgets.
6. Coordinate with project, engineering, and operations teams for requirement finalization.
7. Track vendor performance, maintain records, and ensure contractual compliance.
8. Stay updated on market trends, price fluctuations, and new supplier capabilities.
9. Ensure adherence to company procurement policies, statutory regulations, and audit requirements.
10. Support procurement reporting and maintain accurate documentation in ERP systems
