An Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate should have 0–2 years of experience and excellent communication skills. They should be confident in handling inbound and outbound calls (100+ calls daily), understanding customer requirements, and converting leads into site visit appointments at the property location. Freshers with strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude are welcome to apply.

Key Competencies:

1)Handle inbound and outbound calls (100+ calls daily), inquiries, and leads from potential clients.

2)Understand customer requirements and provide accurate project/property information.

3)Convert leads to site visit appointments and sales opportunities.

4)Fix and coordinate site visit appointments at the property location.

5)Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.

6)Confidently explain project details and address client queries.

7)Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion.

8)Maintain proper records of client interactions in CRM or internal systems.

9)Deliver a professional and positive customer experience during every interaction.

10)Achieve daily calling targets and lead conversion goals.
