An Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a packing/shipping role within an industrial or manufacturing company.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow instructions in English (shipping documents, pick lists, safety guidelines).
• Good physical health and stamina with the ability to repeatedly lift and handle heavy consignments.
• Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong commitment to safety protocols and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude with a strong desire to learn and take on new tasks.

Key Competencies:

• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare industrial goods and consignments for shipment according to customer orders and shipping instructions.
• Safely handle, lift, and move consignments of various weights and sizes.
• Read and comprehend English-language shipping instructions, pick lists, and labels.
• Work collaboratively with team members and the Customer Service Team (CST) to achieve daily packing and shipping goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in the packing area.
• Assist with basic storekeeping and bin maintenance activities as required.
• Operate packing tools and equipment (e.g., strapping machines, nail guns, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
• Participate in inventory counting and quality checks.
