Roles & Responsibilities:

Key Requirements:

• Excellent spoken English communication skills
• Good understanding of US Healthcare (preferred)
• Ability to follow up with insurance companies on claims
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Willingness to work night shifts

Role Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to insurance providers
• Resolve claim issues and ensure timely reimbursement
• Update payment details and documentation accurately
• Work towards daily/weekly target
