IT Infrastructure Engineer

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled IT Infrastructure and Support professional to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will maintain and optimize our technology systems, ensuring seamless operations and providing top-notch support to our users.

Key Competencies:

Manage and troubleshoot Windows Server environments (core focus)

Host and support applications on IIS, including debugging issues

Administer Azure AD / Entra ID, including SSO setup and management

Maintain SQL Server & PostgreSQL health (non-DBA level)

Manage VM environments (Hyper-V / VMware / Proxmox)

Handle firewalls & switches (operational support)

Own backup & recovery processes to minimize downtime

Monitor infrastructure and proactively resolve issues

Provide end-user IT support (onboarding, PC setup, troubleshooting)

Work collaboratively with a Montreal-based global team
