An Ideal Candidate:
We are seeking a dynamic HR Recruiter with 1 to 3 years of experience in the manufacturing domain to manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
Key Competencies:
· Manage end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing roles including production, quality, maintenance, and engineering positions
· Source candidates through job portals, referrals, campus drives, and vendor partnerships
· Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical rounds with hiring managers
· Understand job requirements and workforce planning needs specific to manufacturing operations
· Handle bulk hiring and shop-floor recruitment as per production demands
· Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
· Coordinate interview schedules, offer rollouts, and onboarding processes
· Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality of hires
· Work closely with plant managers and department heads for hiring alignment
· Support employer branding initiatives and participate in job fairs and hiring drives
· Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations during hiring
· Assist in HR operations such as onboarding documentation and employee engagement activities
