This role is designed for an experienced HR leader who combines strong execution discipline with sound judgment, effective collaboration, commercial awareness, and the ability to influence at senior levels in a fast-paced, global environment engagement, and compliance.

Key Competencies:

  • 12–15 years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner or HR Manager roles supporting senior leaders in complex, fast-growing, or regulated environments (e.g., financial services, global capability centers, or professional services).
  • Demonstrated experience across the full HR lifecycle including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, workforce planning, engagement, learning and development, and compliance.
  • Strong ability to influence and advise senior leaders while balancing business priorities with people, risk, and compliance considerations.
