Candidate should have good experience in forging and machining environment

Key Competencies:

Lead complete forging plant operations including production, planning, maintenance, tooling and manpower.

Manage forging processes including hammer forging, upsetter forging and ring rolling.

Improve material yield, productivity and machine utilization across the plant.

Ensure on-time production and dispatch as per customer schedules.

Drive cost reduction through process optimization, die life improvement and energy efficiency.

Implement strong process controls, quality discipline and continuous improvement initiatives.

Coordinate closely with machining, quality, purchase and sales teams to ensure smooth operations.

Build a high-performance shop floor culture with focus on accountability and execution.
