An Ideal Candidate:

An ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in end-to-end finance operations, including accounting, payroll execution, statutory and tax compliance, financial reporting, and cash flow management. The candidate should be hands-on, capable of independently managing month-end closures, audits, statutory filings, and banking operations, while supporting budgeting and internal controls and ensuring high standards of compliance, accuracy, and financial discipline in a growing organization.

Key Competencies:

The Financial Controller will manage end-to-end finance operations, including accounting, payroll execution, statutory and tax compliance, financial reporting, cash flow management, and internal controls.
