Our client is India's premier manufacturer, supplier & exporter of high quality Laboratory Testing Instruments, Equipment's and Machines across the India.

An Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate is from manufacturing industry 3–6 years of experience in Export Sales / International Business. Experience handling Middle East and/or US markets preferred. Hands-on experience in export documentation and international order processing. Strong negotiation and international sales skills. Knowledge of export documentation and shipping processes. Excellent written and verbal communication. Strong coordination and multitasking ability. Detail-oriented with high commercial accuracy. Target-driven and result-oriented.



Key Competencies:

International Sales & Business Development

  • Manage export sales for assigned international territories (Middle East & US preferred exposure).
  • Lead generation experience.
  • Achieve monthly sales target.
  • Handle dealer network and direct overseas customers.
  • Prepare techno-commercial quotations and negotiate orders.

Customer & Dealer Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for international clients.
  • Address technical and commercial queries in coordination with internal teams.

Order Processing & Coordination

  • Review Purchase Orders for accuracy (company details, instrument specifications, value, payment terms).
  • Match PO with Proforma Invoice and highlight deviations.
  • Generate internal production orders and coordinate with manufacturing, accounts, and logistics teams.

Export Documentation & Dispatch

  • Prepare and verify Proforma Invoice, Commercial Invoice, and Packing List.
  • Should have knowledge about the key terms , payment terms , freight terms , LC & other documents .
  • Ensure compliance with export documentation and shipping requirements.
  • Coordinate dispatch schedules and shipment tracking.

Payment Follow-up & Reconciliation

  • Follow up for advance and balance payments.
  • Coordinate with accounts for payment reconciliation.
  • Resolve discrepancies related to PO references and payments.
