An Ideal Candidate:
Key Responsibilities
1. Executive Support
- Manage CEO’s calendar, appointments, travel, and meeting schedules.
- Prepare briefing documents, presentations, minutes, and follow-up trackers.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings with senior stakeholders, partners, authorities, and global teams.
2. Contract Drafting & Documentation (Mandatory)
- Draft, review, and coordinate commercial agreements, MoUs, NDAs, service contracts, vendor agreements, board resolutions, and other corporate documents.
- Work with internal legal teams, consultants, and external parties to ensure compliance and correctness of documents.
- Maintain contract repositories, version control, and timely renewals.
- Assist CEO in negotiations by preparing comparative summaries and risk points.
3. Strategic & Operational Coordination
- Support CEO in monitoring key business projects and deadlines.
- Prepare MIS summaries, decision notes, and strategic reports.
4. Communication & Liaison
- Draft emails, letters, announcements, and internal communication on behalf of the CEO.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
- Act as a bridge between CEO and internal teams for aligned execution.
5. Administrative Excellence
- Track action points from all leadership meetings.
- Maintain files, documents, approvals, and records in organized manner.
- Manage sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
Key Competencies:
- Chartered Accountant or MBA with 1 or 2 years experience or fresher is ok.
- Experience in drafting or reviewing legal/commercial contracts.
- Experience working with CEOs, CXOs, Directors preferred.
