About Company:

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Planning & Implementation: Preparing site-specific EHS and Emergency Response Plans (ERP), and implementing action plans to successfully achieve Integrated Management System (IMS) goals.
  • Monitoring & Review: Reviewing and monitoring monthly EHS activities, tracking EHS performance indicators, and taking necessary actions to improve safety outcomes.
  • Documentation & Procedures: Preparing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and safe work method statements and conducting periodic Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA).
  • Auditing & Compliance: Scheduling and performing internal audits for active sites, assisting sites in closing non-conformities (NCRs), and maintaining legal and statutory registers.
  • Site Management & Reporting: Conducting frequent site tours, highlighting safety performance to site and safety management, and ensuring adherence to client and statutory safety requirements


An Ideal Candidate:

  • An ideal candidate must hold Bachelor’s degree in engineering/technology (Electrical or Mechanical), along with a Postgraduate Diploma / Diploma / master’s degree in industrial safety Should have a Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience working with a Manufacturing plant handling EHS Activity.
