An Ideal Candidate:
Preferred Qualifications
• B.Tech / M.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 15+ years of relevant experience in the execution and project management of large-scale MEP works, preferably in hyperscale data centers, IT parks, or similar infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of Tier III / Tier IV standards, modern building systems, relevant codes and regulations.
• Proven ability to manage large teams and multiple stakeholders in high-pressure project environments.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the end-to-end execution, installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Fire Fighting, and related services) for large-scale commercial and data center projects.
• Manage the complete site execution process, ensuring strict compliance with project drawings, technical specifications, and relevant industry standards (e.g., Tier IV).
• Coordinate closely with Design Consultants, PMC teams, OEMs, vendors, and subcontractors to align with project goals and timelines.
• Supervise a multidisciplinary team of engineers, site supervisors, technicians, and contractors to ensure timely and quality execution of MEP works.
• Ensure delivery within the defined schedule, cost, and quality benchmarks, identifying deviations early and implementing corrective measures.
• Drive daily/weekly reviews, track progress, resolve technical issues, and maintain detailed documentation for all MEP activities.
• Proactively identify risks, resource constraints, or coordination issues, and implement contingency and mitigation plans.
• Maintain and enforce robust safety protocols to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) norms at all times.
• Ensure implementation of quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) procedures to maintain high construction and installation standards.
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to the MEP team, ensuring high motivation, discipline, and accountability.
• Ensure timely coordination for inspections, approvals, and handover as per contractual and regulatory requirements.
