An Ideal Candidate:

  1. 3-5 years of experience in Information Technology, training and/or document management.
  2. Experience leveraging ServiceNow, document management and training delivery technologies (e.g., Articulate 360, Simple show, Success Factor, Veeva vault etc.).
  3. Prefer Pharma and/or biotech experience in a training or document management role.
  4. Excellent problem-solving skills that can provide insight and highlight implications and recommendations to management.
  5. Demonstrated ability to ask probing questions, identify risk and assess situations quickly.
  6. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate to a diverse audience at multiple levels across the organization.
  7. Demonstrated strong analytical skills, process knowledge and lateral thinking.
  8. Demonstrated ability to execute and organize effectively across multiple projects and tasks.
  9. Demonstrated ability to influence, collaborate, and communicate directly with stakeholders.

Key Competencies:

  1. Develops and delivers training material, in the form of e-Learnings or Read and Understand courses and curriculums.
  2. Delivers IT Procedural Documents and associated training.
  3. Supports integration efforts for heritage IT Procedural Documents as necessary.
  4. Provides subject matter expertise for colleagues and supplier resources for training and document delivery, including tools and technologies.
  5. Supports metrics and reports delivery for IT procedural documentation and training, for ITLT, executives and stakeholders within IT, including suppliers working on behalf of IT.
  6. Supports development and continuing maintenance of the IT Procedural Document portal.
  7. Maintain awareness of Culture of Excellence across the organization.
