Experienced Channel and Product Solutions professional with 9 years of overall experience driving strategy, design, and delivery of channel‑based product ecosystems. Brings 6 years of hands‑on channel management expertise combined with 3 years in CMS/Product Management, enabling end‑to‑end ownership of channel solutions from roadmap definition to execution.

Proven ability to define channel strategy, translate business requirements into scalable product solutions, and collaborate closely with product, technology, operations, and partner teams. Strong background in managing multi‑partner ecosystems, enabling adoption, optimizing performance, and ensuring seamless solution delivery across channels.

Key Competencies:

Job Summary: We are looking for a Channels Solutions Lead to drive the strategy, roadmap, design, and delivery of our channel-based product ecosystem.

This role will lead initiatives across multiple channels, including:

           Mobile Applications

           Corporate Internet Banking (CIB)

           APIs

           SFTP

           Host-to-Host (H2H) integrations

 

You will oversee products such as Cash Management Systems (CMS), Commercial Cards, Bill Payments, Payment Onboarding, and Regulatory Submissions, ensuring scalable, secure, and user-centric journeys.

As a Lead, you will not only own execution but also drive product vision, mentor team members, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure alignment across all channel platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

           Own and drive the end-to-end product strategy and solution delivery across all channel platforms

           Define and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business, compliance, and customer needs

           Lead requirement definition, user story creation, backlog prioritization, UI/UX and execution planning

           Provide functional leadership and mentorship to junior product managers / solution executives

           Collaborate closely with Engineering and QA teams to ensure clarity of requirements, high-quality delivery, and scalable architecture
