An Ideal Candidate:

An ideal candidate should be B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering. Should have proven experience in business development, with strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Should have knowledge of CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho (if any). Should have the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. One must be results-driven, highly motivated, and resilient. Should have the understanding of business metrics, forecasting, and pipeline management. Should have prior experience in Mining Industry of Business Development.

  • To identify and evaluate new business opportunities, market segments, and potential clients
  • To generate and qualify leads through networking, outbound outreach, and marketing collaboration
  • To build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients
  • To develop and present customized business proposals and pitch decks
  • To lead or support negotiations, draft agreements, and close strategic deals
  • To collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to align outreach strategies
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry insights
  • Maintain detailed records of lead interactions and progress using CRM tools
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly business development targets
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, or networking meets
