An Ideal Candidate:

Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience.

Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

Ability to achieve targets under pressure with strong follow-up discipline. 

Knowledge of sales processes, CRM tools, and customer handling.

Self-driven, confident, and proactive with a positive attitude.

Key Competencies:

The Business Development Executive/Manager is responsible for driving direct sales, achieving monthly targets, generating leads, presenting products/services, and converting prospects into customers. This role requires strong communication skills, consistent follow-ups.
