An Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate is a high‑performing, results‑oriented business development professional with 3–6 years of experience in digital marketing, SaaS, IT services, or technology‑led industries. They excel at managing the complete sales lifecycle—from prospecting and qualification to pitching, negotiation, and deal closure—while maintaining strong CRM discipline, structured follow‑ups, and accurate documentation.
Key Competencies:
- Responsible for driving revenue growth by managing the end‑to‑end sales cycle, including prospecting, pipeline management, proposal building, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Conducts client discovery and consultation, understanding business needs and recommending tailored digital marketing solutions across SEO, AI‑based search optimization, performance marketing, social media, ORM, and website services.
- Ensures strong CRM discipline, maintaining accurate records, follow‑ups, deal stages, and documentation while preparing sales forecasts, reports, and performance insights.
- Collaborates closely with internal teams—SEO, content, performance marketing, social media, and web development—to build accurate scopes, proposals, and onboarding plans.
- Drives client relationship management, builds long‑term partnerships, and identifies opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling to maximize account value.
- Tracks market trends, competitor activities, and digital landscape shifts to provide strategic inputs for business growth, campaign targeting, and solution refinement.
- Represents the organization at industry events, webinars, and networking forums while continuously improving sales processes, adopting AI tools, and contributing to BD function excellence.
