Company was founded in Attendorn, Germany, in 1899. Worldwide, more than 5,500 people are employed by the company, which is among the leading manufacturers of installation technology for sanitary and heating. The range consists of more than 17,000 articles in the product categories of piping systems as well as pre-wall and drainage technology. After several years with independent Sales Representatives, in 2015 the legal company was founded in Ahmedabad, Gujarat to foster the Indian local footprint. In 2018 the company opened a manufacturing facility in India at Sanand, Gujarat. Over a period of time more and more products company sells in India would be produced here.
An Ideal Candidate:
Bachelor’s degree. Post graduate management education preferred. Bachelor’s in engineering (B.E./B.Tech) will be preferred. 2+ Years of experience in technical sales. Excellent Data analysis and presentation skills. Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint proficiency.Industry - Building Material Industry/Pipes company.
Key Competencies:
Responsibility for attainment of stipulated Industrial sales targets (Top Line & Product category). Implementation of sales strategy in close consultation and agreement with company Management. Responsible for acquiring current market & competition data. Implementation of go to market plan/ strategy in close consultation and agreement with company Management. Responsible for new-customer acquisition and existing-customer management. Support for launch of new products. Updation of CRM data and corrective actions based on CRM data. Monitoring monthly sales & new product launch results. Effective channel network management – new & existing. Effective influencers - Architects, MEP consultants, contractors and plumbers management.
