An Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor's in engineering (B.E./B. Tech) will be preferred or Graduation in any stream is fine.
  • 3-5 Years of experience in sales & Marketing.
  • Excellent Data analysis and presentation skills. Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint proficiency
  • Industry - Building Material               
  •  English: fluent, with knowledge of specialist usage, both spoken and written.

Key Responsibilities –

  • Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and network expansion.
  • Achieve 100% of quarterly metal specification targets.
  • Identify and engage key decision-makers within client organizations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Top 20 Architects, MEPs, Contractors, and Developers.
  • Plan and deliver customized pitches and proposals aligned with client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop solutions, pricing strategies, and client presentations.
  • Handle objections effectively and negotiate to successful closures.
  • Strengthen existing client relationships by presenting new products and services.
  • Participate in industry events and provide insights on market and competitor trends.
  • Identify new campaigns, services, and distribution channels to drive sales growth.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, submit weekly progress reports, and track account activities.
  • Forecast sales targets and ensure team achievement of goals.
  • Support marketing initiatives, vendor registrations, and prequalification processes.
  • Mentor and train team members while ensuring professional brand representation.
  • Develop a strong understanding of company capabilities and align efforts with organizational goals.
