An Ideal Candidate:
Position Title: Area / Territory Manager – Testing Machines
Location: Pune
This Role Reports to: National Service Manager
Educational Qualification Essential: BE / Diploma Engineer(Mechanical/Mechatronics/Electronics)
Total Experience Required (In yrs.): 5 - 10 Years
Key Competencies:
Major Responsibilities:
- Lead entire West region service operations & service sales activities.
- Responsible for generation of service revenue as per KRA targets through AMC, CAMC, R&S, O&M contracts, Spare, Repairs & Refurbishments etc..
- Installation & commissioning of Testing Machines.
- Ensure all complaints ( wty & out of wty ) resolved on time.
- Ensure all machines under contract are calibrated with relevant standards and procedures with in scheduled time
- On time renewals & performing of AMC & Calibrations of all machines.
- Ensure all new machines are taken under AMC / Calibration after completion of warranty.
- Trouble shooting of the electronic problems at it's component level
- Ensure all NABL related activities are followed & completed on time.
- Maintain all records related to machines.
- Maintaining calibration equipment, other tools in good condition to operate & standard calibrator Calibrating timely
- Follow up with the service sales executive to get the timely submission of spares, consumables and accessory proposal to the customers
- Generate & convert enquiries into the PO for upgrade of testing machines,
- Manage all the administrative operations including preparation of the High Value enquiry Quotations, Vendor Purchase Orders & Costing Sheets
- Providing the Monthly, Quarterly & Annual Service projection of booking & billing orders.
- Responsible for the building relationship with customer to provide excellence customer satisfaction, by informing to the customer of other product lines when available.
- Ensure customer queries, complaints, billing, payment and service requests are resolved on time.
- Building long time successful relationships with the key customers.
- Collaborate with OEM for spare parts & supply to maintain less breakdown time.
