An Ideal Candidate:
The ideal AR Caller candidate is a detail-oriented professional with a bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience 0-2 Years with Excellent Communication Skills and interpersonal skills. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, Ability to work collaboratively in a team.

1.Insurance Follow-up: Calling insurance providers to check the status of outstanding, unpaid, or denied claims via phone, IVR, or web portals.
2.Denial Management: Analyzing denial reasons, correcting claim errors, and initiating appeals to ensure maximum reimbursement.
3.Documentation: Accurately documenting all actions taken, call outcomes, and relevant information in the billing system.
4.Reconciliation: Resolving discrepancies between expected and actual payments.
5.Communication: Interacting with insurance representatives, and occasionally patients, to resolve payment issues.
6.Target Achievement: Consistently meeting daily/monthly productivity and quality targets.
7.Compliance: Ensuring all actions adhere to HIPAA and company policies.
