An Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate has 1 year of experience in US mortgage investor reporting, with expertise in reconciling trust files, tracking losses, and maintaining servicing agreements. They are a strong communicator, proficient in creating and updating investor reporting policies, procedures, and databases. An adaptable team player, they are committed to meeting SLAs and TATs while excelling in a shift-based work environment.

Key Competencies:

1)Investor reporting expertise – knowledge of trust reporting, servicing agreements, and mortgage-backed securities processes

2)Data reconciliation and analysis – ability to collect, reconcile, and validate data to produce accurate reporting files

3)Database management – proficient in creating and maintaining databases for tracking reporting metrics and losses

4)Policy and procedure management – skilled in developing, updating, and implementing investor reporting policies and process flows

5)Communication skills – strong written and verbal communication for coordinating with Master Servicers, Trustees, and Credit Risk Agencies

6)Loss and proceeds tracking – experience in monitoring supplemental proceeds, losses, and calculating loss severities

7)SLA and TAT adherence – committed to meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality output under strict timelines.

8)Team collaboration – works effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including managers and compliance teams

9)Problem-solving and research – capable of investigating discrepancies and responding to reporting inquiries efficiently
