Senior Analyst IT Client Support

Temporary contract: 6-9 months

Job Title: Senior IT Support Analyst

This role involves supporting the laptop lifecycle, including device setup, configuration, imaging, and distribution to employees across the EMEA region.



Key Responsibilities

Provide Tier 2 desktop and laptop support for hardware, software, and peripherals.
Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues both remotely and in person.
Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.
Support end users and collaborate with internal teams and vendors.
Prioritise and escalate issues when required.
Deliver excellent customer service and technical support.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Previous experience in IT support or a similar role.
Strong troubleshooting and customer support skills.
Knowledge of the ITIL framework.
