What You'll Do
As a General Operative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store runs smoothly while providing exceptional service to our customers. Here's a snapshot of your responsibilities:

Serve Customers: Greet customers with a warm smile and assist them in locating the products they need.
Selling and Upselling: Use your product knowledge to recommend additional items, driving sales and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Support Clients: Cater to both trade and walk-in retail customers, offering tailored advice to meet their specific needs.
What We're Looking For


Previous trade experience
A team player who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanour.
A willingness to learn about our product range and share that knowledge with customers.
Shift Details
Hours: 39 hours per week
Shifts: Rotating shifts between 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Saturdays: Occasional Saturday shifts with a day off during the week
