Nurse Advisor - Respiratory - Hybrid Working

The Role
Reporting to the Nurse Manager, the responsibilities include:
-Providing support and education to patients via the nurse helpline.
-Setting up initial therapy in the clinical room.
-Conducting CPAP follow-up clinics and coordinating with sales management, marketing, and other corporate departments.
-Offering telephone support to patients remotely using Remote Monitoring Technology.
-Managing and addressing both existing and new patient inquiries comprehensively.
-Utilizing Remote Monitoring Technologies to ensure patient compliance.
-Collaborating with physicians, technicians, and nursing staff in hospital settings as needed.
-Supporting the clinical sales support team.
-Interacting with teams including Customer Service, Warehouse, and Accounts.
-Enhancing efficiency in current workflow practices.
-Committing to delivering quality patient-focused services alongside team members.
-Handling all administrative tasks and updating patient records in online Patient Management Systems.
-Programming, dispatching, and downloading sleep diagnostic data, and sending it to physiologists and hospitals.
-Updating the allocation of devices in the relevant systems.
-Uploading and creating patient files.
-Serving as the point of contact for referring hospitals.
-Organizing the dispatch of oximetry devices for both current CPAP patients and new patients.
-Working on monthly KPIs and regularly reporting on progress.
Requirements
-Candidate must be a registered nurse
-respiratory experience/knowledge a plus (but not a requirement)
