What You'll Do:
- Act as the HR Integration Subject Matter Expert, ensuring seamless connectivity between HR technology solutions and core bank systems.
- Develop, maintain and optimize interfaces between cutting-edge HR SaaS applications like SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow HRSD, and Qualtrics.
- Provide expert consultancy to HR and business teams, translating complex technical requirements into user-friendly solutions.
- Manage escalated technical queries, oversee interface testing, and ensure compliance with IT security standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors to drive service delivery.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong expertise in HR systems and integration technologies, particularly SaaS platforms.
- Extensive knowledge of organizational data models and experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) is a plus.
- Proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and applying critical thinking to solve complex challenges.
