Location: Dublin 12

Contract: Temporary (with a view to becoming permanent)

Hours: Part-time, 22.5 hours per week

We are seeking a Vending Coordinator / Branch Sales Advisor to join our team on a temporary basis, with the strong potential to move into a permanent role.

This position offers a great mix of customer interaction, on-site support, and branch responsibilities-perfect for someone who enjoys variety in their workday.





About the Role

As a Vending Coordinator / Branch Sales Advisor, you will visit customer sites to maintain optimal stock levels in their vending solutions. When not on-site, you will support the team with general branch and retail duties.

Working hours:

Monday to Friday, 10:00am-3:00pm (22 hours total)
Occasional Saturday mornings may be required




Key Responsibilities

Collect and prepare stock items for customer vending machines
Refill and maintain vending machines at customer locations
Liaise with customers and account managers to ensure excellent service
Plan your daily route and manage time efficiently to meet scheduled site visits
Provide online support for customers who self-manage their vending accounts
Work with the central team to maintain accurate stock counts and update customer information
Maintain high housekeeping standards across all inventory areas
Ensure your company vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and serviced as required
Complete weekly control forms and submit them to the central team




About You

The ideal candidate will bring:

Experience working independently and within a team
A full EU driving licence (held for at least one year)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Good IT competency and adaptability to new systems
Excellent time-management and organisational skills
Knowledge of supply chain operations (an advantage but not essential)
