The Role
As Development Project Manager, you'll take ownership of multiple projects from early-stage development through planning and consent. You'll work closely with landowners, stakeholders, and internal teams to drive projects forward and ensure successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities
* Source and assess land for renewable energy projects
* Manage stakeholder and landowner relationships
* Support planning applications and regulatory processes
* Conduct project due diligence and risk management
* Coordinate site visits and contribute to design development
* Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables
* Collaborate across technical and commercial teams

About You
* 3+ years' relevant experience
* Strong project management and organisational skills
* Commercially aware with excellent communication skills
* Degree in Engineering, Environmental, Planning or similar
* Experience across project lifecycle (concept to delivery)
* Full driver's licence
Desirable:
Experience in renewables or infrastructure, and knowledge of Irish planning/grid processes.
