Clinical Sales Specialist - Endoscopy | Ireland
Location: Republic of Ireland (territory focus on Munster)
I'm currently working with a growing healthcare company to hire a Clinical Sales Specialist to drive endoscopy sales across Ireland.
This is a field-based role with strong autonomy, focused on managing key hospital accounts while developing new business opportunities across a high-demand product portfolio.
The Role
You will take ownership of your territory, responsible for driving revenue growth and building long-term relationships within hospital settings.
Key responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed targets
Manage existing hospital accounts while identifying and converting new business opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
Deliver product demonstrations and presentations
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and opportunities for growth
Maintain accurate pipeline management, reporting, and forecasting
What They're Looking For
Essential:
Proven track record in sales and territory management
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently in a field-based role
Full driving licence and willingness to travel
Desirable:
Experience in medical devices or healthcare sales
Exposure to or experience in endoscopy consumables
Degree in business, marketing, nursing, or a related field
