In this exciting role, you'll collaborate with a talented Agile squad dedicated to delivering top-notch financial planning, investing and retirement solutions.
What You'll Do:
- Identify and document business requirements, both current and future, while providing actionable feedback for process enhancements.
- Utilise your expertise in workflow design, data analysis, and impact analysis to drive meaningful outcomes.
- Lead daily Scrums, Sprint Planning Meetings, and facilitate story refinement sessions to keep the team on track.
- Conduct end-to-end Business Acceptance Testing, ensuring test case traceability.
- Foster strong relationships across teams, acting as a key liaison between stakeholders and your squad.
- Communicate effectively with Subject Matter Experts and Business Partners to influence and drive results.
What We're Looking For:
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Strong familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence and Mural.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey complex information clearly.
- Proven leadership abilities with a knack for mentoring peers and managing conflicts.
