Brand Ambassador - Business Development (Permanent, Full-Time)

About the Company
Our client is a leading provider of telecommunications solutions and is experiencing significant growth across Ireland. They are now seeking a driven, commercially minded Brand Ambassador / Business Development Manager to represent the business, develop long‑term relationships, and generate new opportunities.
This role offers a high degree of autonomy and visibility, with real scope to make a measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
-Manage and expand a portfolio of key customer accounts across Ireland.
-Conduct daily face‑to‑face meetings, balancing strategic account management with proactive new business development.
-Source and qualify new leads through outreach, networking, and market activity.
-Deliver consultative, value‑focused sales presentations with a clear commercial narrative.
-Sales Pipeline & Commercial Delivery
-Follow up on all client meetings within 24 hours and progress each opportunity effectively.
-Maintain an accurate, well‑structured pipeline within the CRM system.
-Prepare proposals and quotations and steer deals through to close.
-Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
-Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from sale through to delivery.
-Conduct quarterly business reviews with key clients, identifying areas for expansion and development.
-Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and evolving product solutions.
Requirements
-Demonstrated success in B2B field sales within a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
Strong relationship‑building, negotiation, and communication skills.
-Experience within telecommunications or two‑way radio solutions is highly desirable.
-Self‑motivated, organised, and confident managing a territory across Ireland.
-Comfortable working with CRM systems and structured sales processes.
-Strong IT skills and confidence using digital tools.
-Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide.
-A live pitch or sales presentation will form part of the interview process.
