System Analyst - Multifinance Industry

IT consulting company that is working closely with a leading client in the Multifinance industry, helping them enhance their digital transformation journey and drive innovation in financial solutions.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent from all majors with a minimum GPA of 3.00
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a System Analyst or in a related field with a minimum of 2 years of previous experience as a software developer/engineer/programmer
• Proficient in: Planning, Architecting, Designing, Estimating, and Executing to make software development well delivered to Customers
• Able to lead a team, guide team members, and ensure work is completed properly according to business needs
• Have in-depth knowledge of information technology, software development, and distributed frameworks and have enthusiasm for the development of the latest technology
• Understand GIT, CI-CD, virtualization and containerization technologies and be able to use tools for Issue Tracking
• Familiar with Agile Mindset and Scrum Framework

Perform tech-engineering tasks to support the technical team in achieving the company's business goals, Lead, manage and coach the technical team in system development as well as creating system designs to improve the efficiency, availability, scalability, flexibility, functionality and usability of the company's products.

This role needs to have a deep understanding of software architecture, operating systems, and networks and collaborate with the technical team to establish benchmarks, standardization, technical, and other mechanisms for non-functional requirements. Also need to collaborate with users and stakeholders to understand business needs.
