Bachelor's degree from reputable university; an advanced degree in HR, Business, or related field is a plus.
5-10 years of progressive HR experience with a blend of startup and corporate environments. Experience in a fast-growing startup is essential.
Proven expertise in HRBP, culture restoration, and managing cross-functional HR teams
Solid understanding of Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition, and People Operations best practices
Strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements
Proactive, strategic thinker with hands-on approach to problem-solving
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and influence at all organizational levels

The Senior HR Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's workplace culture, acting as a strategic HR Business Partner and overseeing critical HR functions, including People Operations, Compensation & Benefits, and Talent Acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
Culture Restoration & Change Management
Lead initiatives to rebuild and strengthen workplace culture, ensuring alignment with company values and strategic goals.
Design and implement programs to enhance employee engagement, inclusion, and organizational health.
HR Business Partnering
Partner with senior leadership to provide strategic guidance on HR matters, including workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning.
Act as a trusted advisor to management, offering insights to address complex employee relations challenges.
Leadership of Core HR Functions
Oversee and guide the People Operations team to ensure seamless delivery of HR services and compliance with regulations.
Lead the Compensation & Benefits team to ensure competitive, equitable, and innovative reward strategies.
Drive Talent Acquisition strategies to attract top-tier talent aligned with business needs.
Performance and Talent Development
Collaborate with teams to develop and implement robust performance management frameworks and employee development programs.
Champion initiatives to identify, nurture, and retain high-potential employees.
HR Data and Analytics
Utilize HR metrics and analytics to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives and inform decision-making.
Drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights and recommendations.
