Sales Representative (Industrial Oil and Lubricant)

Korean company for Chemical Manufacturing industry to find an Sales Representative to be placed in East Jakarta

• At least 3 -5 years of sales representative in Oil industry
• Major in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, Materials Science, Chemistry, Business Administration, or other Engineering-related fields
• Previous experience in sales or operations with top-tier oil companies is preferred.
• Must be fluent in English (verbal and written).

• Responsible for achieving sales targets of engine oils through effective account management, market penetration, and customer relationship strategies.
• Conduct regular customer visits to maintain strong relationships, oversee order processing, monitor inventory levels, and ensure timely payment collection.
• Introduce and demonstrate new products, formulations, and lubrication technologies to customers to support business expansion and enhance product awareness.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints promptly while maintaining service quality and ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Identify, develop, and acquire new clients across assigned territories to increase market share and strengthen brand presence.
