Currently Adecco is working with global supplier of industrial automation and mechanical components, offering a wide variety of products. It was founded in Japan in 1963 and has since expanded internationally, becoming known for providing high-quality components, assemblies, and tools primarily for manufacturers across industries like automotive, electronics, machinery, and robotics.

A Bachelor's Degree in any field is required, with a preference for Mechanical Engineering. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in sales within the manufacturing industry, preferably in the Machinery and MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) sectors.


The role requires a valid Class A driving license, proficiency in both Mandarin (spoken and written) and English, as well as strong motivation, effective communication skills, and a high level of self-confidence.

This role will be required handling sales in Purwakarta, Subang, and Bandung areas.


The primary responsibility will be to drive business growth by identifying and acquiring new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. This role will be tasked with understanding customer needs, providing tailored solutions, and promoting wide range of high-quality products, including mechanical and automation components.


Additionally, you will be expected to manage sales processes, deliver presentations, negotiate contracts, and follow up on leads. Regular market analysis and competitor research will also be part of the role, helping to identify new opportunities and ensure the company competitive edge in the industry.


You will collaborate closely with internal teams to provide excellent customer service and achieve sales targets, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term business success.
